What Customers Say About Wireless Router (b+g):

Mine had the aditional long range antennas which give this critter a 13 db gain. However, and on the down side,it has not a reverse polarity or surge protection. As the power supply went dead it reversed its polarity and burned the critter.Although theese handicaps, I reordered a new one today. This machine is the top domestic router available today. This could be easily achieved by installing a Diode on the Positive(+)imput at the circuit board. Also the 5 volts DC power supply should be at least of 6 amperes capacity not four, as it comes with.Mine went dead after one year of operations.

Pretty disappointed in this one - I've hooked up my old DLink router which is probably worth about a tenth of what this one cost me & it's running like a champ. An email to support has so far gone unanswered (sent it 5 days ago). I'm definitely asking myself why I blew all that money on this. The only way to get it back is rebooting the router. Unfortunately for me, so far, it does not. No documentation online other than their manual.

I guess if it worked it'd be great. I got this a few months ago & my laptop constantly drops its wireless connection. This sounds very similar to the issue another reviewer was having. Laptop hasn't lost its connection once.

I returned after a week trial. sgnal strength was to the maximum, and very important without any drop communication. excellent, worth every penny. just plug in, install both antenas and connect it to your router, we had 5 laptots working at the same time without any problem and we all were at different places. I bougth a Linksys wrt160 and the signal strength was midium to weak with drop communication.

OK I dont live in the US, so if you live in a house, structure or apartment that isn't made out of match sticks and drywall (the rest of the world) this works really well.I bought two of these and now my 8000+ sq ft (750 m^2) apartment gets good signal in every room but the kitchen (stainless steel everything). Easy install, good features.Make sure you buy the 7 dbi antennas (they help alot)

Consider an adobe 16 inch thick walled 4,500 sq foot two story home and the wireless penetration issues that occurs shooting downstairs and across the house 150 ft through what is effectively ~ 5-6 feet of walls and floors - and you'll get the idea. Now we even can get signal at pool side through 2 walls and 150+ ft almost like you were plugged in to the box. :-)The unit is plug and play for most home and office use and allows for more intricate setups.

Don't worry about "N" - this "G" router will do the trick. If you don't need a tank - get this guy's younger brother @ 1/2 Watt and considerably better pricing I would guess that it would do the trick for most situations (not tested). negatives.

Uhh. Plug and play - the only poopie thing is you need to remember to purchase two antennae to make the unit complete.

If you have a difficult wireless LAN issue that you want to solve - this one simply will do the trick. - Probably underwater for that mater - but I didn't test that part out.

- well being this powerful they put in a small cooling fan - so don't expect abosolute silence.Remember one thing - if your ISP isn't giving you the bandwidth you need this won't speed it up - it will simply pass whatever bandwidth you have as fast and as far as you can do legally (as their packaging reminds you).
